Head of Sales

We provide e-commerce automation for demanding clients like Procter & Gamble, Coty, Sony and New Balance who benefit from Synthrone on a daily basis.

  • CRAFTER – Create & Edit
  • PUBLISHER – Deliver & Publish
  • TRACKER – Audit & Track

We are a part of Brand New Galaxy (BNG), an independent platform integrating smart business solutions from the areas of marketing and technology. #forthegalaxy 

Your mission, if you choose to accept it, will be:

  • Managing portfolio of global clients
  • Developing and executing sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
  • Crating client-focused offers in cooperation with Product Owners Team
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Growing the business on global level and across multiple markets
  • Planning, recommending and coordinating marketing activities in accordance with sales targets
  • Understanding category-specific landscape and trends
  • Leading fast-growing team of young talents
  • Contributing to organization growth

We are looking for a combination of:


  • Sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • IT industry experience, preferably with CRM
  • Strong people management skills
  • Experience in P&L management
  • Excellent communication and presenting skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical knowledge and business acumen to identify operational process inefficiencies on Client’s side and recommend solutions.
  • Excellent English (near-native level)
  • Experience in creating marketing materials, strategy


  • International experience
  • Understanding of product development life cycle
  • E-commerce or Digital Marketing knowledge
  • Good understanding of brand building area

Your key objectives to be achieved within the first 90 days:

  • Understand & comply with BNG & Synthrone structure, ways of working, processes, and culture
  • Understand the business model, methodology, product portfolio, and tools
  • Create marketing and sales materials
  • Make broad competitor analysis
  • Prepare sales strategy execution plan
