We deliver complex strategies for activities in digital, prepare UX recommendations, design web services, apps and advertising campaigns both on- and offline. We create global and regional toolkits and support their localizations to markets. BNG is a haven for interesting, dynamic ideas based both in marketing and tech, at home in the startup environment yet comparable in scale with many network agencies.

Your mission, if you choose to accept it, will be:

  • Managing New Business Development projects
  • Setting up cooperation and building business relationships with representatives from Brand New Galaxy international (Dubai, London, Amsterdam) and local entities
  • Finding cross-sell and up-sell opportunities through close cooperation with Digital Directors
  • Preparing offers and negotiating contract conditions
  • Co-creating Company’s products & services offer
  • Representing the Company and maintaining high standards of cooperation

If you have:


  • 7 years’ experience in working at an advertising agency with digital SOW or pure digital agency focus
  • Knowledge about digital environment and tools
  • Experience in cooperation with global clients
  • Proficiency in English
  • High level of communication and relationship-building skills
  • Pitching experience
  • Very good planning & project management skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Negotiation skills


  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and projects
