Your mission if you choose to accept it, will be:

Get secret knowledge and real, unquestionable skills! As an Account Executive , you will develop in the area of

  • Building and maintaining good relationships with the clients (e-retailers) on local market and related
  • Managing E-content execution in the region (we have a dedicated execution team), market development
  • Working on the regional E-commerce strategy, campaigns with the client of Pathfinder 23
  • Organizing E-commerce workshops for the clients and e-retailers (with our strategy team)
  • Managing E-commerce designs project, trends overview for the clients, defining the presence of brands online
  • Being Single Point of Contact for selected clients,
  • Managing Sales Plan, external subcontractors, and companies, client documentation, and assets.



What you’ll need to succeed:


  • Proficiency in Polish (at least C1/Native level) and at least very good English
  • About 1-2 years of professional experience and curiosity about in E-commerce and digital world
  • Knowledge of marketing, branding and E-commerce and interest in growing in this area!
  • Professional client service skills and ability to build relationships with customers,
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to follow processes from a Project Management approach,
  • Good command of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint,
  • Curiosity with a thirst for knowledge for Online and trade Marketing,
  • Willingness to play in a team and learn more every day!
