What will YOU get out of this role?

As a Senior E-commerce Brand Experience Team Leader, you will be able to use your existing expertise and knowledge and mix it with our unique know-how and in-house tools to learn how to build best-in-class brand’s experience in E-commerce space. You will have an opportunity to lead and grow team of Brand Experience Strategists and closely cooperate with Analytics and Business Intelligence teams to craft data-driven strategies for the world’s biggest FMCG companies on a global and local level.

In this role, you will be given the opportunity to drive the growth of Brand Experience scope of work on a selected group of Clients and you will be encouraged to help us continuously develop our offering in areas such as UX or Social Commerce as well as explore new areas that will enable us to design even better Brand Experience services for our clients.

What is the purpose of the E-commerce Brand Experience Strategy team?

The Brand Experience is essentially a sum of all feelings and thoughts that Shoppers have when they interact with a particular Brand. It is our job to design great Brand Experience by using data-driven insights to deeply understand Consumer Journey with all the needs, doubts, drivers and barriers that Shoppers encounter and addressing those with the right solutions, products and messages at the right time in the right place across Digital and E-commerce channels.

Your mission, if you choose to accept it, will be:

  • Leading and growing a Brand Experience Strategy team
  • Being responsible for leading and growing Brand Experience scope of work on a selected group of clients
  • Shaping E-commerce Brand Experience for the world’s biggest FMCG brands on a global and local level
  • Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis of brands’ presence quality in E-commerce
  • Crafting data-driven strategies, frameworks and guidebooks
  • Designing solutions in the areas such as E-commerce Content, E-commerce Activations, Social Commerce, or UX
  • Developing Agency offering in close cooperation with teams such as Analytics or Business Intelligence & Data Engineering
  • Monitoring Clients’ competitive landscape and keeping up with industry trends to share actionable insights and drive their E-business growth

What you'll need to succeed:

Personality traits:

This role is about being inspiring, curious, self-driven, focused on solution, team player and having leadership and project management skills as well as growth mindset

Required experience:

  • E-commerce (content, activations, running own shop, etc.).
  • Digital native – knowing well what’s happening in the digital world in terms of trends and possibilities.
  • Business-oriented – focused on achieving KPIs – experience in tracking/setting objectives.
  • Knowledge of Consumer Journey, E-commerce platforms, Brand communication
  • Presentation & storytelling skills
  • Fluent English 

Desired experience:

  • International Experience
  • Experience in UX, Brand Communication Strategy
  • Project Management experience
