Company description:

Foap is a Polish-Swedish startup application that connects the world of freelance photography with final customers. This app combines the function of a photo gallery with a paid stock in which any freelancer can sell their photos.

The Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) is responsible for establishing and executing the organization’s new business development and revenue growth strategy. This is a leadership role, critical to the company’s higher level strategic planning and key in the business pivot. Responsible for full-scope revenue growth, including new business development, expansion of existing revenue generators, and optimizing of existing, products, and services.

Your mission is to:

  • Envision new services and product lines
  • Identify target partners and/or Customers
  • Develop marketing strategy, develop, and manage sales teams and client account managers
  • Establish revenue models, value propositions and pricing to create new revenue streams
  • Drive deal closures with new and existing partners
  • Generate incremental revenue through identification and pursuit of new business ventures
  • Serve as key dealmaker and owner for new initiatives and partnerships
  • Drive execution of the business strategy by working collaboratively with other Team members, ensuring that the strategy is communicated and easily
    understood by all involved in its execution
  • Build and maintain high-level contacts with current and prospective customers and other business and project partners.
  • Ensure collaborative activation and implementation, by engaging with colleagues across Product & Tech, to define and refine new product features 

If You have:

  • At least 10 years senior sales and sales management experience, working with large Global Clients
  • Strong knowledge of content needs, budgets, planning in the Enterprise - Agency Ecosystem
  • Significant knowledge of advertising trends
  • Experience SaaS sales and Ad-Tech
  • Strong networking and relationship skills with an ability to identify and engage with prospective partners
  • Experience conceptualizing, writing, and implementing business plans and value propositions for new products and lines of business
  • Track record of aligning interests and closing complex deals that generate long term mutual value
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management: successfully overseeing transition from idea conception, to deal closure, to implementation
  • Strong decision-making ability and judgment with a results-orientation
  • Ability to be strategic but to dig into the details and roll up one’s sleeves when needed
