PF23 is part of Brand New Galaxy (BNG), an independent platform integrating smart business solutions from the areas of marketing and technology. BNG is a haven for interesting, dynamic ideas based both in marketing and tech, at home in the startup environment yet comparable in scale with many network agencies. Apart from PF23, BNG includes Spacecamp – a creative and technological digital agency, Life on Mars – a through-the-line agency building brand communications both in and out of the digital ecosystem, and Synthrone – a platform for implementing automation and brand analytics in E-commerce.  

The Mission:    

We already have operations in Poland, Switzerland, UK, USA. Currently, we are looking forward to developing our business in Germany, and for that we need You!  

What is ahead of you:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with Client and retailers;
  • Analyzing of Client presence on E-retailers across the entire customer journey, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations;
  • Understanding customer behavioral trends through testing and proactively generating ideas to optimize content;
  • Developing more advanced E-retailer execution ideas for the Client by research of capabilities and competition analysis;
  • Working on ad hoc client briefs to support the client in-retailer meetings;
  • Responsibility for reporting, monitoring and tracking utilization of Clients’ given scope at given E-retailers;
  • Working with remote teams of executives based in Warsaw (Poland).


  • Native German language and fluent English (minimum C1);
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience;
  • Excellent understanding of E-commerce (consumer path to purchase analysis, promotion capabilities, targeting, branding in E-commerce);
  • Knowledge and understanding of German E-retailers particularly Amazon;
  • Excellent presentation skills;
  • Sales experience to upsell agency services;
  • Good negotiation skills;
  • Readiness for short-term business trips;
  • Independence, proactivity, can-do attitude;
  • Experience in a Project Manager position will be an asset.
