Your mission:

  • Administration will be about 50% of your duties as such: new business entries into our system, memos sending, filling, preparations of basic documents
  • Marketing – 20% of your daily tasks – PowerPoint preparations/adaptations, financial PO administration
  • E-commerce – 20 % of your job: learning of Amazon platform, participating in the offer preparations in between Synthrone, Pathfinder, Robonouts, Spacecamp and BNG AMS
  • Task management 10% – assisting Account Director and Account manager in overall

If you have:

  • Advanced experience in MS Excel, Powerpoint and other MS Office programs
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce and Digital in general
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch (C1)
